Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We will give a full refund anytime up to the start of your first session and within 6 months of your initial consultation should you choose to cancel.  Refunds are processed in 14 business days and are typically mailed to you unless you have paid with a credit card.  In that case, we will issue a refund to that card within 14 business days.  No exceptions will be made.

Cancellation Policy

During the course of training, if you choose to cancel training or postpone training, your remaining sessions will be good for a 6 month period of time from the time we receive written notice at Sales@longoriahausdogtraining.com.

Rescheduling Policy

Should you need to your schedule your session, you must contact us at Sales@longoriahausdogtraining.com  24 hours before the start time of your session.  After two such occurrences, should you need to cancel, one session will be deducted from your total remaining sessions.  Any rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice prior to your session will result in one session being deducted from your total remaining sessions.
