What does it take to have a trained dog? I won’t tell you it’s easy, but I will tell you the process is simple to understand and attainable.

Why am I so confident in saying this? I’ve been training dogs and coaching people in the Houston area for over two decades. To be more precise, I’ve been training dogs, including my own German Shepherds, for over 20 years. I’ve also been training my clients’ dogs and coaching their owners in the Houston area for the past 14 years and 10 months.

I never want to sound arrogant, but I am very proud of what I’ve accomplished with Longoriahaus Dog Training.

Al is awesome! My female German Shepherd is 5 yrs old and I was really wondering.....would she be trainable at that age? Wow - not only was she trainable @ 5 yrs old but I was also trainable as her handler at 57 yrs old!! I've had large, inside dogs, my entire life but I've never really had any basic obedience training skills. Shelby and I both learned ALOT from Al. And I can tell Shelby is also a much happier dog, going for walks etc, where I could not do that before. She was quite aggressive towards other dogs, not people, just other dogs and 90 lbs of 4 legged aggression can be somewhat challenging at times. Well worth the investment in your relationship with your 4-legged best friend! Thanks for everything Al!
